What flavor(s) would you choose?
Pralines and cream is my favourite.
I once tried tomato and basil, out of sheer curiosity, which was really odd tasting. Can be fun to experiment…well, sometimes 🙂
AH! Now I’m craving ice cream. I just checked out Berthillon’s website. Good golly. I’d pick the Chocolat au nougat! Foie gras?! Interesting! T.
Merci, Theadora – There are indeed some very interesting flavors, non!
Oooh… I’d have to try Vanilla & Pink Pepper. And Thyme sorbet. (It is the south of France, apres tout!)
Oui, c’est vrai. It would be fun to taste a spoonful of each flavor!
